The next day after putting the properties on the market, the firm started receiving multiple calls and requests for showings. On Saturday the same week, Golden Group Real Estate organized an open house. As a result of the open house, the firm presented his client with 4 offers; two of them for the asking price.
The Seller reviewed all of the offers over the weekend and picked the one he thought most likely would conclude with a successful sale and would have a reasonable opportunity of benefiting his current tenant, the Ibarra Group. A few months later the sale was finalized, leaving all the parties involved extremely happy with the result.
