We'll create clear, compelling entries so that your property will be easily found on-line by prospective buyers and investors. And we'll actively monitor the traffic of each site. Then, we'll regularly email our marketing materials to qualified investors. Our first ‘general’ email blast typically goes out to around 700,000 prospects; we send follow up targeted blasts to around 50,000 additional likely buyers who own similar properties. We’ll also reach out to our contacts who have expressed interest in our similar listings, past and present, and advise them to consider your property. When prospects visit your property page multiple times, or download your flyer, our team will call them to sell your property.

Yes, for our clients who wish to remain anonymous, we can hide the property address, pictures, sales price, and other aspects of the sale from the general public. We only reveal the property and sale details to buyers who have been qualified, who have signed a confidentiality agreement, and have been approved by the client. However, confidential listings take longer to sell than our typical sales process, often 6-12 months.
