Golden Group Real Estate is pleased to announce the sale of originally Ramada Inn and recently Eagle’s Nest Hotel in Quincy, IL. Quincy, known as Illinois’s “Gem City”, is located in west central Illinois on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi River.

The hotel was originally built as a 129-room Ramada Inn in 1974 with 51 rooms in the south wing and 78 rooms in the north wing. Guest room wing buildings are 3 levels with the 1st level approximately 4 feet below grade. The front building with pool, lobby, banquet rooms, restaurant and bar is 2 levels and is masonry and steel construction. The hotel was closed on February 2021 because of Covid and poor management. The whole property requires an entire renovation and was sold to a large hotel developer.
